Becky Barrett is one of the hosts of The PHPS Difference podcast. She has served as the Technology & Library Integration Specialist at PHPS for two years and brings 18 years of experience in both public and private education. She has also worked in the private sector with educational technology companies supporting schools. Becky is an innovative educator who is always seeking new ways to engage students through emerging technologies and literature that aligns with each child’s interests. She brings her passion for teaching—and her perspective as a mother of children with learning differences—to The PHPS Difference.

Lauren Marold is one of the hosts of The PHPS Difference podcast. She serves as the Director of Innovative Learning at PHPS, where she leads the school’s technology initiatives and infrastructure, oversees library services, and guides special projects that elevate innovative teaching and learning practices. Lauren has worked in K–12 independent schools for 18 years and is deeply connected to the PHPS mission—having been diagnosed with dyslexia in second grade and now navigating the journey of parenting a child with learning differences. She looks forward to exploring meaningful topics with guests that impact and inspire the PHPS community.
